I was born in Lourenco Marques ( Mozambique ). I have graduated in Social Work in Portugal. I have also post-graduated as a Psychotherapist and Systemic Intervention Family Therapist in the UK. I am a member of several professional bodies such as: The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and The Association of Family Therapy (AFT).

As a systemic intervention family therapist, my area of expertise is to support couples and their children. My approach focuses on empowering individuals to use their inner strengths, resources and support networks to overcome difficult experiences, traumas, dilemmas with a view of introducing change.
